King Rooms have a balcony with views of Duck Key and the resort with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Queen Rooms have a balcony and 2 queen-size beds, sleeping a maximum 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Waterview Rooms have a private balcony with full or partial views of the Atlantic Ocean, private lagoon, pool or the Island Waterway with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults.
