All homes have central AC and heating, cable TV and telephone. Homes are furnished with a sofa, love seat, tables and chairs in the dining area. Master bedrooms have a King or Queen Bed with an adjoining bathroom and shower.
Additional rooms have either 1 double bed or 2 twin beds with at least one shared bathroom and shower. The kitchens are fully equipped with a dishwasher, toaster, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. Home have a washing machine and clothes dryer.
