Room Types
Each one of these beautiful 3 to 9 Bed detached homes are designed and furnished with the modern holidaymaker in mind. They are bright, spacious and modern luxury villas, complete with full kitchen, dining area, comfortable living areas, TVs in each room, Wi-Fi access and your very own private pool and lanai. Each home is equipped with clean towels and linen along with basic starter packs for toiletries and laundry.

Useful Information
Resort fees are included in rental. Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee.
Resort fee entitles guests access to the Encore Clubhouse, Encore Water Park, Encore Restaurants, complimentary theme park shuttle and inter- and intra-resort shuttle to and from the homes and Reunion Resort.
The resort fee will also cover the guest cashless resort account set-up – Encore guests do not have automatic access to Reunion’s water park, tennis and golf but can use all other facilities within Reunion. – should the Encore water park not be fully open then they will be offered membership days to use the Reunion water park facility. Complimentary transportation in and around the resort is included for guests, along with scheduled shuttle services to and from the main attractions.
