Leisure
Platinum Homes are furnished to a higher standard and offer an upgraded furniture package. Each home is well equipped and spacious with its own private pool and sun deck, which features outdoor furniture and loungers – ideal for spending lazy days soaking up the Floridian sunshine, and it’s a place to dine outside alfresco-style.
Wherever the property is allocated leisure amenities and shops, restaurants and supermarkets will never be far away! All the Orlando Attractions are within easy driving distance using the various Highways and major routes that criss cross Greater Orlando.

Every Home features a fully-equipped kitchen with conventional oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge/freezer, coffeemaker, toaster, iron, ironing board, crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils. There is a dining area that offers a setting for a family or group meal.
