Vista Cay Resort Clubhouse and on-site amenities are free to use for all guests in rental properties for the duration of the holiday.
Dining
Each condo and townhouse features a fully-equipped kitchen with conventional oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge/freezer, coffeemaker, toaster, iron, ironing board, crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils. There is a dining area that offers a setting for a family or group meal.
Easy walk to Walgreens and Publix supermarket, New York Pizza, Subway and Chinese Restaurant are located in the nearby Isles of Cay area of Vista Cay.
Staying on I-Drive, the opportunities for dining are pretty much endless, from fast food to fine dining, the area has it all.

Ventura 2 Bed 2 Bath Condominium
Ventura 2 Bed 2 Bath Condos are situated in four storey buildings with dual elevators in both the main Vista Cay Resort and in The Isles of Cay Commons Area. The lounge consists of comfortable seating and a wide flat-screen TV, VCR and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped including microwave, toaster, dishwasher, washer and dryer.
The master bedroom has a king or queen sized bed and an en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom will have either a double sized bed or twin beds, and there is a second shared bathroom.
Floor plan is approximately 1,200 sq ft. Some condos have a sleeper sofa in the lounge. Condo sleeps up to 4 or 6 persons.
Ventura 3 Bed 2 Bath Condominium

Bayshore 3 Bed 3.5 Bath Executive Townhouses (all in the main Vista Cay Resort area) are two storey, fully air-conditioned and have their own entrance. On the ground floor there is an open plan lounge and dining area, kitchen, one bedroom with a walk-in shower. Patio doors lead from the lounge out to the enclosed courtyard, table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped including a cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, washer and dryer.
On the 1st Floor are two master en-suite bedrooms. The bedding configuration varies but generally two bedrooms have either a king or queen sized bed and one bedroom with twin beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.
Floor plan is approximately 2,100 sq ft. Some townhouses have a sleeper sofa in the lounge and sleep up to 6 or 8 persons.
