One Bedroom Condo
Relax in the comfort of a spacious one bedroom condo furnished with all the comforts of home. Rest in the queen sized bed, revitalise in the tub, spread out in the living area, and view your favourite shows on the large, flat-screen TV. TVs are located in the living area and the bedroom.
The fully-equipped kitchen provides the ease of preparing a snack or full meal. A washer and dryer are conveniently located within the unit for your use.
One bedroom condos are approximately 600 square feet.
Two Bedroom Condo
Two bedroom, two bath condos make the perfect home base for all your holiday activities. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, TV, and an accompanying bath. The second bedroom provides two twin beds, and its own TV (no TV in second bedroom of townhouse units).
The living area offers a queen sized sofa-sleeper, and a large flat-screen TV provides entertainment for those relaxing times. A fully-equipped kitchen in the condos affords preparation of speedy snacks or a full meal. Conveniently located within the unit are a washer and dryer for quick laundry.
Two bedroom condos are approximately 1000 square feet.
Three Bedroom Condos
Three bedroom, three bath condo affords ample space for the family and are a combination of the one and the two-bedroom units providing space to sleep up to 10 people. A king-sized bed is found in the master bedroom of the two-bedroom unit, and the one bedroom unit features a queen size bed in the master bedroom. The third bedroom features two twin beds, and both living areas have queen-sized sofa-sleepers.
The kitchens are fully equipped, ‘just like home’, for dining in or preparing snacks at this family focused resort in Orlando. TVs are located in the master bedrooms and the living areas. Each unit has a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Three bedroom condos are approximately 1500 square feet.

With over 600 units at Liki Tiki Village, it is possible you may be booked in a two-story townhome or in one of the high-rise buildings. All high-rise buildings have elevator access.
Liki Tiki resort fees for use of the amenities, unless included in the rate quoted, are payable locally. Parking is complimentary.
Liki Tiki Village Resort is a self-catering facility therefore daily housekeeping is not included, but can be arranged locally for a fee if required.
